What equipment is required for this program?

You will need access to a barbell, bumper plates, basic set of dumbbells or kettlebells (for accessory bodybuilding exercises). We can provide exercise substitutions if needed.

How many days a week is this program?

3 days a week, with each day’s workout lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.

How many weeks is this program?

This program is 8 weeks long. You can repeat the program as many times as you would like in one year from date of purchase.
