5 singles Snatch and Clean & Jerk, Linear Progression Week 3

The Cal Strength Olympic Lifting Team is on the third week of their linear progression program, having added 2.5 kgs to their lifts in each workout over the last two weeks . Their workout is 5 singles of snatch at 5kg over 85%, 5 singles of clean & jerk at 5 kg over 90%, finishing off with working up to a 3RM of squats.
