im feel so poopy!
withdrawal..yup, i must confess, I stopped smoking for school(that should hint you enough on what i was smoking) and tomorrow its going to be a week.
My appetite,sleep and mood is poopy and my training as taken a hit cause of the lack the sleep,one of the main reason why i was smoking was that i could eat more and sleep better and yeah it was fun.
anyway on with the training

bench 2sec pause
3x5x190
few cleans and snatch grip dead up to 400lbs,stopped cause im too tired.
