Jen; Its true that I never really deload the proper way,i usually go to the gym once or twice and sleep more instead of going same amount of days and just lifting lighter.
Hot damn am I disappointed that Klokov and Akkaev didnt participate! They would of gotten gold and silver and set some awesome numbers not just a 190 snatch and a 22something clean n jerk( which are very good but not on the same level as Dmitry and Akkaev)

today i had a training partner,was efficient, got to do bench with chest pause,good for comp. prep.
Oi, Jenn, the elbow thingy is kinda silly,its think its a 'gamer's elbow', this one weekend I did so much gaming and sitting that my elbow started aching! could also be that I'm not used to do heavy front squat ( In my warm up,I do one rep with my work set number from the back squat in the front squat)
Also,i'm used to deloading(aka doing nothing but sleeping) every 4 weeks which i havnet done in a while.
It's hard being a gamer..first world problem XD
oh and yeah,the comp should be in february.
so my elbow isnt as bad anymore,sleep asnt been great either but anyway
