finaly got to train today , I did my monday and tuesday training( press,deadlift) and sunday ill do the thursday and friday( bench,squat) so that monday im back on track.
Still feeling tired

5x455 ( almost lost my grip cause of sweaty hands)

5x140(was supposed to be 130 but got lazy( 130 means handling more plates while 140 requires only one plate...ya i know))

4+1x170 that was hard,had to rack it for 5seconds and then do my last rep.

That's super interesting as we were just talking about this sticking point at the gym the other week. We did high pin squats from that point you're talking about with a second or so pause just to relax the hips. They were killer! Nice work
