Did the same workout yesterday. May go again today and have my Pull day - cleans from the pins for max and deadlifts

Cleans from the pins - just barely at knee height
55kg X 2
60kg X 2
70kg X 2
75kg X 2
85kg X 1
85kg X 1

Front squats
85kg X 2 sets of 3

Deadlifts - using 5/3/1 again for Bench and DL
60kg X 5
85kg X 5
100kg X 5
115kg X 5
125kg X 7

Abs and some rows with Dumbells afterwards
worked up to using the 100lb Dumbell for 2 sets of 8

Back squats - im using the Smolov intense mesoscycle again to improve my squat #'s

125kg X 1 set of 5

Back extensions and abs afterwards.
