Well im back. Feeling a lot better now.
Just had a light full body day to try and get myself back into the routine.
Snatches - starting using hook grip, and so far love it for snatches.
2 sets of 5 with 35kg
5 sets of 2 with 45kg

Push press -

Another eventful day of lifting.
Im going to start a new 3 day split with 2 optional lighter days. Ill probably start using tuesday and thursday as lighter later on in life.

Great day today. Felt strong.
This workout took about an hour and a half.
The BCPA is holding a powerlifting competition on November 3rd.
Its an official division of the IPF, im going to compete in the competition etierh as a 66kg lifter, or maybe 74kg if im a fatty by then lol.
My goals for the competition will be
SQ : 175kg
DL: 185kg
BP : 115kg <- lol i know right?

After that i just did some pull ups, back extensions and dragon flags.
Feeling good! Today was my power day(ie, power variations of CJ and SN) and i bench press on this day.
Wednesday or tuesday will be my pulling day where i focus on the pull in the CJ and SN and i will deadlift
Friday will be my max day where i hit a heavy 3 or 5 in the SQ and max out in snatch and C+J.
I'm hoping this program i came up with will work out and be effective.
