Especially when you have to throw rolls of chain link mesh on your shoulder that weigh upwards of 200lbs lol.

Thats all felt like a really good workout.
I did them one after the other because i was meeting up with someone at the gym for the 2nd workout. I ended up having about 45 minutes rest.. just sat around and watched the olympics and ate trail mix lol.
Also i met a nice girl today that told me about a weightlifting club that im planning on checking out.
Its called Semiahoo weightlifting club and right now Canada's current bronze medalist in weightlifting Christine Girard trains there.
Hopefully ill be able to train there soon.

Had a shittty workout today tho..
I worked two 12 hour shifts the last 2 days. One of the days me and my friend had to move 3000lbs of Chain link mesh! haha good times.
Needless to say my shoulder is a little tender, but my left foot and my ankles are a little sore.
So i found it a little bit difficult to get under the bar which usually isnt a big problem.
Tomorrow will hopefully go better tho.
