I ended up loosing like 5 or 6 pounds from not eating enough while finishing a big job at work.
Im glad i got the PR that i did, i ate a tub of Ben&Jerrys Ice cream the day before in preperation haha.
Anyway todays workout.
Snatches - volume work
45kg X 3 sets of 5
50kg X 5
60kg X 3 sets of 2
Power Cleans - each set was a double
45kg X 1 set
65kg X 3 sets
75kg X 3 sets
Thats about all i did. I did some abs and left.
Started a different program today.
Im not sure what its called or if it has a name.. but who cares.
Its 6 weeks long and i plan on doing it twice then switching to full time training.
Today was the first day and a very light day
Power snatches - reaally light, but it was nice to get a bit of volume in and work technique.

Real fast and felt flexible.
Power cleans to power jerk - still pretty light, but i did all my working sets of SN and CJ with excess amounts of speed lol.
Each set was 2 reps of clean+power jerks

Legs feel strong today, shoulders were strong but my back is bugging me a little. Im gonna start going more core work and hope that fucks off lol.
