Haha especially when its construction work.. and you forget lunch lol.
I ended up loosing like 5 or 6 pounds from not eating enough while finishing a big job at work.
Im glad i got the PR that i did, i ate a tub of Ben&Jerrys Ice cream the day before in preperation haha.
Anyway todays workout.

Snatches - volume work
45kg X 3 sets of 5
50kg X 5
60kg X 3 sets of 2

Power Cleans - each set was a double
45kg X 1 set
65kg X 3 sets
75kg X 3 sets

Thats about all i did. I did some abs and left.

Started a different program today.
Im not sure what its called or if it has a name.. but who cares.
Its 6 weeks long and i plan on doing it twice then switching to full time training.
Today was the first day and a very light day

Power snatches - reaally light, but it was nice to get a bit of volume in and work technique.
30kg X 3 sets of 3
40kg X 5 sets of 2
Real fast and felt flexible.

Power cleans to power jerk - still pretty light, but i did all my working sets of SN and CJ with excess amounts of speed lol.
Each set was 2 reps of clean+power jerks
30kg X 1 set
45kg X 6 sets

Front squats - no belt needed
45kg X 5
60kg X 5
100kg X 5
95kg X 3 sets of 3

GHR for two sets of 12

Another light day, felt great to work on tech and speed a little.

Power Snatches from Hang - for dubz
30kg X 2
45kg X 7 sets of 2

Power cleans from hang + plus power jerk
30kg X 2
45kg X 2
55kg X 4 sets of 2

Romanian Deadlift - I did these pulls from a 3'' deficit, they ended up being more like a "clean pull" than RDL's
85kg X 3 sets of 5

Back Squats - light 5's
45kg X 5
85kg X 5
95kg X 3
112kg X 3 sets of 5

Decent day. Feeling good still.
Legs feel strong today, shoulders were strong but my back is bugging me a little. Im gonna start going more core work and hope that fucks off lol.

Another day. super tired feeling yesterday for this workout.
still feel pretty tired today and my shoulder is a little tweaked from catching the bar a little too far behind my head on a snatch.

Snatches -
55kg X 5 sets of 2

Cleans -
65kg X 6 sets of 2

OH press
55kg X 3 sets of 3

Front squats -
60kg X 5
85kg X 5
95kg X 3 sets of 3

Back Ext + Abs - both 2 sets of 15

I think construction should count as 2 work outs a day haha. 

I was catching up on your log and got real excited to see your 1RM test and realized it's tomorrow ahhhhh!!!  Can't wait to see how the new program is going smile
