Trap bar DL worked up to a 325x1, wasn't feeling on
BP from the pins set half way 95x5, 115x3, 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 195x1, 200x1 I was happy with the 200!
SQ 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3<<PR!!!! They surprisingly felt really smooth and easy, went up and hit 300X2!!<<Super PR!
(3 white lights at a PL meet) Yay, finally in the 300 club. I was way excited and exhausted at this point.

I was happy with hitting a solid 175 considering how tired I was.
I'm really excited. If I can consistently get 300 in the sq the way I did last night, I should be able to total 800 at the meet, which will be one of my big goals I wanted to reach.
