This is my snatch at 90% of 1 RM, looking for any help
Wish I would have recorded my second lift because it felt a lot better.
I know I still need a lot of work but hoping that someone says something that will help things click for me

nice lift! immediately off the floor i can see your butt rising a little faster than your shoulders so keep the chest up and maybe stay tighter and go slower off the floor, that weight is heavy and wants to pull you forward and it looks like if you did miss it, it would have been in front. good job sweeping the bar back and getting the knees out of the way. your extension looks a little too vertical for such a heavy lift. try to get your 2nd pull more back than straight up, think about getting the shoulders behind the hips at the end of the 2nd pull and really hyperextending the hips. hope this helps
Can't imagine what kind of diet weightlifters follow. They have great strength and power.
