I am liking the new videos and the frequency of the videos! One every few days is perfect... It keeps us anxiously waiting for the next video, yet satisfied beacuse we are getting 2-3 videos per week. Nothing is better than Cal Strength videos...

I want the clippers to take it but i think the thunder will win it all. Also what do you guys think of Blake Griffin? just looking at his vertical jump and natural explosiveness dont you think he would make a great weightlifter?

No problem! Just be patient with it. Sometimes your body wants to adapt to something really quick, and sometimes with flexibility it is completely on your body's time. It will adapt when IT wants to haha! Just don't push it too far too...

Zach did look awesome... especially when running through the Route Tree toward the end of camp. He threw some 8 and 9 routes that made Trent Dillfer go crazy!!!
That being said, Zach Kline was not the only California Strength QB lighting up...
